I understand there are usually some extra fees, that’s common sense, but the total ended up being more than I expected. It would’ve been better if the charges were clearer upfront.

I was just trying to grab tickets and get on with my day, but the checkout process ended up being annoying. It felt like there were a few too many steps, and I kept feeling like I had to double-check everything before it would finally go through.

I had a problem with my tickets and needed help from customer support, but the reply time was way too slow. I was checking my email on and off for nearly two days, including while I was making dinner and trying to plan the rest of my week, just waiting for a basic answer. To be fair, they did eventually sort it out, but by that point I was already frustrated. The issue itself wasn’t even that complicated, so the lack of quick help really made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be

I did get my ticket, and it worked fine. So that part was okay. But the checkout was kind of confusing, and the fees weren’t really clear upfront. Not saying it’s a scam or anything. Just didn’t feel totally trustworthy to me.

"Got in without any hassle"
I used stubwire for a concert last weekend and I’ll admit I was a little nervous since it was my first time trying it. But the tickets came up just fine on my phone, and they scanned at the door right away. Didn’t have any delays or weird problems. it was a easy experience and I’d use it again.
